The kindergarten children have been busy
building relationships and getting to know one another. Upon
finding a box with cylinders, tracks, and tubes, it was clear all the children
had their own interpretation of what they could create. The children began
working away quickly, building intricate block ramps with multi layers.
Throughout the weeks we added new objects to see which was the fastest and which
would go the furthest. Caleb’s hypothesis was that “the marble will always win.” After some investigating, the children agreed that Caleb was correct. The children measured where they thought the objects would land. It was amazing to see everyone so engaged and working
together. The children showed encouragement and kindness towards one another
while they worked as a team.
